Zeytun Pharmaceuticals organized a special training session for pharmacy managers aimed at improving their leadership, team management and result-oriented management skills. The training was conducted by experienced trainer Bahadır Bülgin from Türkiye. Pharmacy managers of Zeytun Pharmaceuticals participated in the event. The main purpose of the training was to strengthen managerial competencies, develop effective approaches to team management and support the formation of a high-quality service culture in pharmacies. As part of the training program, participants gained theoretical and practical knowledge on goal setting, communicating goals to the team and result-oriented management. The program also covered expectations from managers, leadership approaches, performance improvement, sales result enhancement and strengthening team management skills. In addition, the training focused on effective delegation, developmental leadership, unlocking employees’ potential, time management, conflict diagnostics and conflict resolution methods. A total of 50 participants attended the event. The training contributed to the development of leadership skills, enhancement of employee motivation competencies, improvement of performance management and promotion of a result-oriented work culture.
