Requirements:
- Education: Higher
medical education (Pharmacy);
- Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience;
- Excellent command
of Russian; intermediate level of English;
- Proficiency in MS
Office programs (Word, Excel).
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing
documentation related to the registration of medicinal products;
- Reviewing and
monitoring registration dossiers;
- Conducting
business correspondence with partners;
- Preparing patient
information leaflets (Russian and Azerbaijani);
- Preparing and
analyzing documentation required for the registration, re-registration,
and variation procedures of original, hybrid, and generic medicinal
products, food supplements, and medical devices manufactured locally and
abroad, for submission to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of
Azerbaijan;
- Translating
comments and feedback issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of
Azerbaijan into Russian and English and forwarding them to the companies
submitting the registration dossiers;
- Maintaining
communication with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan,
coordinating registration procedures, and monitoring regulatory changes;
- Responding to
electronic inquiries from companies submitting registration documentation.
