E-commerce Specialist

Requirements:


  • Higher education (pharmacy, medicine, biology, chemistry, or related fields is an advantage);

  • At least 1 year of work experience in a relevant field (e-commerce, online sales, or digital channels);

  • Basic knowledge of medicines and medical products along with e-commerce processes;

  • Understanding of product registration status, prescription or over-the-counter sales, indications, and usage limitations;

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media and affiliate marketing are an advantage);

  • Experience in planning and implementing e-commerce projects;

  • Ability to conduct product, pricing, and sales analysis;

  • Analytical mindset, high sense of responsibility, stress resistance;

  • Teamwork skills and a results-oriented approach.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Monitoring compliance of products listed on the company’s e-commerce platform with medical and regulatory requirements;

  • Ensuring the accuracy of product registration status, prescription classification, and product descriptions;

  • Daily management and optimization of the e-commerce platform;

  • Planning and executing campaigns to increase online sales (within the framework of current legislation);

  • Analyzing product, campaign, and sales performance and preparing data-driven recommendations;

  • Cooperation with partners (marketplaces, technical partners, etc.) and oversight of related processes;

  • Ensuring that e-commerce activities on social media and other digital channels comply with medical and ethical standards;

  • Preparing regular e-commerce reports and presenting them to management.


Working Conditions:


  • Workplace: BEGOC Business Center (93 Zarifa Aliyeva Street, Baku);

  • Work schedule: 5 days a week, 09:00 - 18:00;
