Requirements:
Higher education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience;
Fluent Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian and/or English is an advantage;
Strong analytical thinking, responsibility, and punctuality;
Creative and innovative approach;
Extensive knowledge of marketing tools and channels, including digital marketing experience;
General understanding of working processes with retail, e-commerce, and partner platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing and Retail Activities
Analyzing competitors’ pricing strategies and preparing monthly pricing proposals for the Category Department;
Planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities in pharmacies;
Supervising merchandising materials, lightbox, and POS placements;
Coordinating with designers and contractors for the production of promotional materials;
Ensuring marketing supervision of pharmacy interior and exterior design works.
Partner and Project Coordination
Conducting negotiations on joint marketing campaigns with potential and existing partners;
Organizing meetings for marketing projects and monitoring the execution of agreements;
Aligning products, terms, and campaign periods;
Providing partners with reports and feedback on campaign results.
Digital and E-commerce Coordination (Support Level)
Launching and monitoring marketing campaigns on e-commerce and marketplace platforms (e.g., Wolt and similar systems);
Ensuring proper online visibility and operational efficiency of pharmacies from a marketing perspective;
Analyzing campaign and sales performance on digital platforms and sharing insights with relevant teams;
Coordinating with technical teams and partners on marketing-impacting issues (control function, not execution).
Reporting and Control
Preparing monthly reports on marketing and retail activities and presenting them to management;
Planning and monitoring expenses within the marketing budget.
Working Conditions:
Workplace: BEGOC Business Center (93 Zarifa Aliyeva Street, Baku);
Work schedule: 5/7, from 09:00 to 18:00;
Lunch provided by the company;
