Zeytun Pharmaceuticals LLC is looking for a Risk Management and Internal Control Specialist / Analyst to join its team.
Candidate requirements
• Higher education in economics, finance or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in analytical work
• Valid driving licence
• Advanced proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office and 1C
• Knowledge of International Standards on Auditing
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Knowledge of risk management principles
• Ability to conduct observations, identify facts and make independent decisions
• Objectivity, responsibility and strong self-assessment skills
Key responsibilities
• Monitoring inventory movements between the company’s warehouses through the 1C system and verifying the accuracy of transactions
• Checking whether the quantity of goods received from local suppliers corresponds to the supporting documents
• Preventing the sale of goods below their purchase price
• Regularly reviewing and documenting mutual settlements with partner companies
• Preparing reports on risks related to relationships with customers and suppliers
• Organising on-site audits of pharmacies and assessing their compliance with company requirements
• Identifying and preventing cases where pharmacies purchase the company’s products from other suppliers
• Monitoring deposits and monthly limits allocated to pharmacies
• Comparing and analysing outstanding balances between the company and pharmacies
• Checking whether pharmacy inventory levels comply with the established limits and deposits
• Analysing product assortments and purchase invoices at pharmacies
Working conditions
• Working schedule: six-day working week, 09:00–18:00
• Workplace: NZS settlement, 21C Ogtay Valiyev Street, warehouse
• Lunch is provided by the company
• Medical insurance
• Salary: 1500–1900 AZN net
