Involvement of the company in preparation for certification according to the requirements of ISO 9001 and subsequent periodic inspection control;
· Arranging the execution of work with certification bodies and consulting firms with issues related to the quality management system (QMS) on the instructions of the management;
· Preparation of draft normative documents;
· The person responsible for pharmacovigilance must submit the information on side effects and other undesirable results arising during the use of medicinal products, as well as information on pharmacovigilance and report documents to the public legal entity "Analytical Expertise Center" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
· The person in charge of pharmacovigilance must organize the disposal process of useless drugs.
· In order to conduct the pharmacovigilance system at a high level, it should take encouraging measures for the transmission of spontaneous side effect notifications by medical personnel
· Takes measures to protect the confidentiality of information about the patient, medical and pharmaceutical worker in connection with the notifications he/she has submitted, and shall not allow the disclosure of this information without the consent of those persons, except for the cases stipulated by the Law,
· Must participate in pharmacovigilance audits and compliance program audit processes,
· Implementation of other instructions given by the management.
