Responsibilities:
• To organize the meetings of the General Assembly, the Supervisory Board, the Board of Directors and the working process of the Committees, to collect and systematize the materials for the meetings, to be responsible for sending the notices of the meetings, the agenda, the materials on the issues in the agenda to the meeting participants, to participate in these meetings;
• To ensure formalization of the protocols of the meetings he participated in;
• To cooperate with the structural divisions of the organization, to obtain the necessary information and documents, to carry out the necessary analyses, to summarize, to ensure the preservation of the meeting materials, to direct the decisions of the Shareholders and the Supervisory Board to their implementation, and to carry out control over their implementation in the specified period, regularly To provide official information to the staff.
• To know and apply the effective legislative acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the normative acts in force within the organization;
• Compile relevant reports and submit them to management;
• To support the formation of corporate management system and culture in the company;
• Prepare reports in the manner determined by the management;
• To carry out the written and verbal tasks of the management;
• Execution of other legal works according to the instructions of the management.

Requirements:
• Higher education - Law
• Work experience – 1 to 3 years in the relevant field;
• Ability to speak and write fluently in Azerbaijani language,
• Must know Russian and English at a good level;
• Responsibility, decision making and problem solving, planning and organizing;
• Registration and control of circulation of documents
• Ability to work in office programs
Working conditions:
5/7 work schedule, working hours: 09:00 to 18:00;
Lunch and medical insurance are provided by the company;
Salary: 1500-2000 AZN (determined during the interview according to the knowledge and skills of the candidate.)
