Senior Specialist in Internal Procurement

General Requirements:
• Education: Higher education;
• Experience: Over 3 years in a relevant field;
• Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office programs (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook);
• Language skills: Azerbaijani and Russian;
• Additional skills: Agility, problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, strong mathematical knowledge, excellent communication and presentation skills.


Responsibilities:
• Establishing and managing relationships with suppliers;
• Creating and sending purchase orders to suppliers based on sales forecasts;
• Regularly monitoring warehouse stock levels;
• Researching required product assortments in the local market;
• Conducting market research and monitoring competitors to control pricing;
• Negotiating with suppliers to obtain better prices, discounts, and promotional offers;
• Ensuring timely requests to the warehouse to prevent violations of return conditions;
• Monitoring the validity and completeness of required document packages;
• Continuously controlling stock levels to prevent overstock and out-of-stock situations;
• Processing and announcing approved promotions in the system;
• Sending monthly reports to supplier companies;
• Monitoring invoice reports and payment processes;
• Overseeing the signing and execution of contracts;
• Proposing promotional activities for slow-moving products;
• Preparing other necessary reports within the department.


Working Conditions:
• Workplace: BEGOC Business Center (Address: 93 Zarifa Aliyeva Street, Baku);
• Work schedule: 5/7, from 09:00 to 18:00;
• Lunch and medical insurance are provided by the company;
• Salary: Negotiable based on the candidate’s experience.
