Requirements:
• Higher education (in Finance or Accounting);
• Minimum of 5 years of experience (in financial analysis);
• Knowledge and experience in sales and inventory analysis;
• Proficiency in computer programs: 1C and MS Office (excellent command of
Excel).
Responsibilities:
• Conducting economic and financial calculations for projects;
• Supervising the preparation and closing of monthly financial reports;
• Reviewing the processing of customs and import duties;
• Monitoring the transportation register and related expenses;
• Making and verifying approved adjustments in the accounting system;
• Checking the accuracy of accounting correspondences and making corrections
when necessary;
• Verifying incoming supplies and payments from vendors;
• Reconciling account balances;
• Cross-checking received and written-off goods and executing relevant
adjustments;
• Investigating unapproved or deleted invoices;
• Analyzing and correcting sales profitability;
• Preparing cost analyses for orders and providing sales price recommendations;
• Preparing reports on price changes in foreign purchases by product category
and investigating reasons for price increases;
• Preparing analytical financial calculations and reports;
• Monitoring settlements related to sales and procurement;
• Developing proposals to prevent losses and unnecessary expenses, identify
reserves, and ensure efficient use of all available resources based on
analytical findings;
• Preparing financial statements and analytical reviews of financial
indicators;
• Collecting and analyzing extensive data for dynamic monitoring of cash flow
movements.
